Nick Candy is currently CEO of Candy & Candy. His brother owns the Guernsey-based investment company CPC Group. On Wednesday, 19 January 2011, the prestigious high end residential project One Hyde Park: The Residences at Mandarin Oriental was launched. CPC Group is part of the joint venture partnership for the development - Project Grande (Guernsey) Limited - with Waterknights, owned by the Emir
