Clark E. Bisbee is an American

. He is the owner of Bisbee Travel, a local travel agency.
He served as the Republican
representative to Michigan's state house from Michigan's 64th district until 2004, when he was forced out by term limits.
He was succeeded by Republican Rick Baxter, who in turn was defeated in 2006 by Michael Griffin, the district's incumbent as of 2010.
