. It is the only high school in the Claymont City School district. Students are nicknamed Mustangs. The Principal is Rob Clarke and the Vice Principal is Scott Golec. The Guidance Counselors are Robert Johnson (9th-10th) and Pamela Schram (11th-12th). The Athletic Director/Dean of Students is Eric Seibert. The Claymont City School District also has one junior high school, Claymont Junior High (7th-8th), one intermediate school, Claymont Intermediate (5th-6th), and three elementary schools, Park Elementary, Trenton Elementary, and Eastport Elementary (K-4th). The Superintendent of Claymont City School District is currently, Ryan Delaney. The Board of Education President is Joseph Bollon and the Claymont Foundation President is Dee Metzger.
