There were 157 households out of which 28% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 40.8% were married couples
living together, 29.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.1% were non-families. 18.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.36 and the average family size was 3.76.
In the CDP the population was spread out with 31.8% under the age of 19, 6.4% from 20 to 24, 23.8% from 25 to 44, 20.6% from 45 to 64, and 17.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34.5 years.
In the 2000 census, the median income for a household in the CDP was $31,875, and the median income for a family was $37,500. Males had a median income of $19,231 versus $21,641 for females. The per capita income
