was created in 2007 and the city hall was transferred to this location. Most of the former elementary school
was then demolished and an addition was then added on to the high-school and this then became the new elementary school. The former elementary school was then rebuilt and the 2 sections that were added then became the Abbotsford Fire Department on the East section, and the West was then transformed into the new Colby-Abbotsford Police Department headquarters.

. As Rennie was getting the suspect out of the new K-9 unit, the man kicked out a window and attacked him. Rennie tried to let Jango out of his cage but closed the car door before the dog could get on the attacker. In a rage, the dog destroyed the interior of the K-9 unit when trying to help his handler. The man was subdued with assistance from the Clark County Sheriff's Department.
