The Commemorative Cross of the Volunteers of 1830 is an early decoration of Belgium

with the central medallion enamelled in black and bearing in obverse the Belgian royal lion and in the reverse the date '1830'. Between the arms of the Cross is a Burgundy Cross. The metal of the Cross is gold, and the cross is topped with pivoting a royal crown.
The ribbon of the Cross is black with vertical yellow and red stripes on each edge (yellow towards the center).
