The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, usually abbreviated as CGSM was created in 1965 as a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to ensuring the equal representation of Hispanics, African Americans, and Native Americans in management careers in the business community of the United States of America.

History

CGSM was founded in 1965 by Professor Sterling Schoen of Washington University in St. Louis.
