Constantine Phipps, 1st Baron Mulgrave (1722 – 13 September 1775) was an Irish peer. Phipps was baptised on 22 August 1722. On 26 February 1743, he married Hon. Lepell Hervey, the daughter of John Hervey, 2nd Baron Hervey and Mary Lepell. He was created Baron Mulgrave
, of New Ross in the County of Wexford, in the Peerage of Ireland

, and hence Constantine Phipps, 1st Baron Mulgrave was the step-grandson of the 1st Duke of Buckingham and Normanby.
Phipps died on 13th September 1775, aged fifty-three.
