Cornerstone OnDemand's software product consists of five integrated platforms:- Cornerstone Learning. A learning management system (LMS).
- Cornerstone Connect. A social networking and collaboration.
- Cornerstone Performance. An employee performance management platform.
- Cornerstone Succession. A succession and career management platform.
- Cornerstone Extended Enterprise. An extended enterprise platform.
History
Cornerstone OnDemand was founded in 1999 as CyberU, Inc. by Adam Miller, Perry Wallack and Steve Seymour. All three co-founders continue to work for the company today.In May 2005, the company changed its name to Cornerstone OnDemand.
In March 2011, the company went public on the NASDAQ Global Market under the stock symbol CSOD.
