Countess Elisabeth Maria Dobržensky de Dobrženicz was the daughter of Johann Wenzel Count Dobrzensky of Dobrzenicz and his wife, Elisabeth Countess Kottulinsky, Baroness of Kottulin and Krzižkowitz .
She had three elder brothers Jan, Otokar and Jaroslav and a younger brother named Karel Kunata Count Kottulinský z Kotulína a Dobrzenicz, who married Maria Theresia Countess von Meran. (The Meran family are morganatic descendants of the House of Habsburg)
Elisabeth married Pedro de Alcântara, Prince of Grão Para on November 14, 1908 at Versailles

Elisabeth died on June 11, 1951 at the age of 75. She was buried with Pedro.
