In all Tobias spent 10 years at Cisco as an R&D engineer. He participated in the development of a number of network monitoring and management products. He previously was a senior engineer at International Network Services (INS), and an active duty member of the United States Air Force
. Tobias also holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS Computer Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio
and Texas State University respectively.
An active participant in the community and in the non-profit arena, Tobias is a registered firefighter and EMT with North Lake Fire & Rescue outside of Austin, TX. Tobias also serves on the board of trustees for several charity organizations in both DC and the Austin area.
