It contains a woman, who seems to want to have plastic surgery, a gothic female teenager, a female teenager with a history of self injury, a group of people with obesity problems, a military man shunned from society, a drug addicted homeless man, an interracial date, a kid with cancer, and a Muslim mother wearing a Hijab.
