Crumbs main focus is on gourmet
cupcakes, and produces more than 50 varieties. It is currently the largest cupcake chain in the United States out of around 400 retailers. Crumbs cupcakes differ from classic, single-flavored and frosted cupcakes by having a variety of fillings and styling and by being much larger than a standard cupcake. The bakery also makes a Colossal Cupcake which is about 6 and a half inches high and serves between 6 and 8 people.
