Crime

Cucamonga has the highest crime rate out of the Etiwanda and Alta Loma districts, primarily because of being the older city more gangs and the things that follow them have roots in the city which date back to the 1970s. Many residents do not want district names because of this problem being with lower/high crime rate in Cucamonga and Alta Loma.
