Cyrtodactylus is a diverse genus
of Asian gecko
s, commonly known as bent-toed geckos or bow-fingered geckos. It has at least 135 described species at present, which makes it the largest of all gecko genera. Instead of possessing dilated digits like other geckos, members of Cyrtodactylus have slender, curved toes to which the common names for the genus (e.g. bent-toed gecko) can be attributed.
