Damn Near Dead is the long delayed Death Row debut album released by the rap group O.F.T.B.. The album was initially due for release in 1997, on Death Row Records. However following 2Pac's death and the incarceration of Suge Knight

Upon purchasing the Death Row catalogue WideAwake released the album in it's original form on July 12, 2011. The unreleased video for Check Yo Hood featuring Jewell, was released by WideAwake to promote the album.

It features production mainly from O.F.T.B. themselves, but also features long term 2Pac collaborator Johnny "J"
