Daniel Levin is an American attorney and novelist.
Levin grew up in Hollywood, Florida
. Levin earned the B.A. from the University of Michigan
in Roman and Greek civilization. He is a graduate of the Harvard Law School, and clerked for Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel. In 2004 Levin was a visiting scholar at the American Academy in Rome
. He practiced international law in New York City, where he resides.
Levin's first novel, The Last Ember, is an archeological crime thriller. He told the Miami Herald that the idea came to him while he was in Israel
