Foxxx says she feels the lack of respect for transsexual people in the porn industry. Therefore she intends to work hard and do quality work with the aim of getting recognized by her peers so that she has a say in shaping their opinion of transsexuals in the industry.

In March 2008, Foxxx underwent sex reassignment surgery
