Injury
Danny Davis suffered blows to the pelvis and spine caused by the misuse of an All Terrain Vehicle. He was in contention for the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver. Davis was riding extremely well and had scored ahead of Shaun White. Davis was unaware of his number one qualifying spot for the 2010 Games that he went out and partied hard just knowing he had gotten a 1st place finish. While intoxicated he had driven an All Terrain Vehicle into an iron gate. His lumbar vertebrae two, three, and four were fused together and screws have been placed throughout his shattered pelvis.External links
