Dar Abdullah Al Awadi Complex Shopping Center and Offices Tower is one of the Real Estate Investment Company projects.

The Tower

From a distance, the first that can be seen of the building is the high rising tower with its stainless steel dome nested by a wide stainless steel circular saucer-shape roof canopy carried by a 34 story of Quintuple shape building. This is the share of commercial offices.

The Shopping Complex

The Center is a spacious building of four floors above ground level and one basement. A broad Atrium stands in the Center of the Mall, covered by huge skylight Dome. A beautiful fountain embrace the two Panoramic Elevators. It is thus sharing the splendid environment of the building elegant interior decorations and finishes. Shops, restaurants centers, etc.. are all around.

Parking Facilities

In addition to the easy access that the complex enjoys there is an adjacent car park with a capacity of more than 650 cars. Good care was also taken for the comfortable movement of passengers through a spacious air-conditioned pedestrian bridge that connects the mall with the car park area at Mezzanine level. There is also an in-house special car park is prepared in the Mall Basement No. 2 and Basement No. 3, which permit the lodging of around 130 Cars.
