Professional career
Lucca has been active in the investment advisor field since 1986. Under company founder John Rhoads, he became a vice president of the forerunner of Rhoads Lucca Capital, Dallas/Rhoads/Associates, in 1988. At Dallas/Rhoads Lucca was instrumental in transitioning the firm from commission-based to fee-only structure.
