(M.A. 1967). He has been awarded numerous honorary degrees and awards - most notably he is an Officer of the Order of the British Empire
and honorary Consul-General is Papua New Guinea

He currently serves as a professor at The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto
and Managing Director of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance.
