 companies from 1980 through 1995. Dr. Hewitt was the Chairman of The Claremont Fund, a family of mutual funds, from 1984 to 1988 and also worked as an international economist at the US Treasury.

Dr. Hewitt co-authored with Dr. John Rutledge Rust to Riches: The Coming of the Second Industrial Revolution, and was a co-author of the study entitled, “Sending the Right Signals: Promoting Competition through Telecommunications Reform” which was commissioned by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, released October, 2004.

Her writings have contributed to Barron’s
