Doug Didero is a former driver in the Indy Racing League. He raced in the 1999-2000 seasons with 6 career starts. His best career IRL finish was in 14th position in the Delphi Indy 200 at Walt Disney World Speedway

Didero is possibly best known for his success in the Supermodified division at Oswego Speedway
, where he and car owner Skip Matczak won two dozen features on his way to three consecutive Track Championships in 1994, 1995 and 1996, capped by wins in the 1996 International Classic. After years away from the sport in the late '90s/early 2000s, Didero returned to semi-regular Supermodified racing, and was the winner of the 2008 Oswego Speedway International Classic 200 driving a supermodified on its maiden voyage on the track.
Didero, publicly a quiet and somewhat aloof individual, has never been popular with majority of Oswego Speedway fans, although many Canadian fans do pull for him. He's often shown his temper, once attacking driver Mike Ordway after an accident while Ordway was still buckled in his racecar. In 2007, Didero exited his car and slammed his helmet on the ground after dropping out of a high-paying race while driving for Clyde Booth, and most recently he was involved in an on-track shoving match with the equally-controversial Joey Payne after a wreck in the 2010 Oswego Classic.
Following the 2010 Classic, Didero put his supermodified up for sale and soon had a buyer. After the sale, Didero said he'll never walk through Oswego's gates again unless the track changes many of its policies and hands down punishments to deserving culprits.
