on Byers Peninsula
of Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands

and 1.8 km north of Start Hill
, and a lower height of elevation 160 m situated 250 m west-northwest of the former, and 500 m east-southeast of Essex Point.
The hill is named after the Bulgar
