Druva Phoenix
Encyclopedia
Druva Phoenix is an on-premise network backup software that allows Windows
and Linux
servers to back up
their data to the enterprise data centre. It uses sourced based data deduplication
and wan optimization
to back up the data over LAN/WAN or VPN, and offers a simple search based restore. The files are encrypted both during transit (256bit SSL) and in the storage (256bit AES).
Druva Phoenix v1.4 introduced agents for MySQL hot backup. The next versions are expected to support more application-specific agents.
