The Pudukottai unit of E.I.D. Parry bears testimony to the phenomenal instinct, the company has, of honing onto potential possibilities and turning them into resounding successes. The Pudukottai site had continuously been rejected as a prospective site for building a factory. After several futile attempts to lure companies into building their units, the Government of India approached Parrys requesting them to start a venture at Pudukottai. Although there was a lot of speculation and skepticism about the venture, Parrys took on the project with their usual indomitable will and enthusiasm determined to achieve at least a modicum of success. Currently, the Pudukottai factory is one of the largest revenue generators of the organization clearly accentuating the determination and hard work invested in it by the employees and management of Parrys.
