 Schlingemann and his clubteam from AZ&PC finished as seventh in the Men's 4 x 200 metre freestyle relay in a time of 7.26,72. At the Men's 4 x 100 metre freestyle relay he did not make the finals. Schlingemann also missed the finals in his individual races on the Men's 100 metre freestyle and the Men's 200 metre individual medley.
