Edward Guglielmino is a musician in Brisbane

Guglielmino has toured Australia, Europe and North America both with his band 'The Show' and solo. He also composed the soundtrack to three plays: 'Speak Truth To Power' (2004), 'The Ruling Class' (2004) and 'Modlovex' (2005) as well as two short films: 'Giraffe' (2003) and 'Love Coincidence' (2004). Much his earlier music was self released though the Internet and CDR, this music alongside demos, b-sides, and live recording of Lost of Love is available on his sound cloud for free download. In 2009 Guglielmino signed to Management Label Mucho Bravado since then he has released three records and four singles commercially, most significantly his critically acclaimed album Late At Night (2009) which is available though MGM Distribution
. He returned to his DIY roots when in 2010 he released a online only live album titled 'Live At Cori's', the live concert was also filmed an many of the videos are on Vimeo and YouTube.
Guglielmino has participated in community music events such as The Songs Of Applewood(2009) project and the Independent Music Project (2011).
This year Guglielmino released a single 'in the morning' (2011) which received 4 and 5 star reviews by triple j music programmers and has received air play on triple j.
Guglielmino played in infamous Brisbane
band Lost Of Love which he co-fronted and -co-found with James O'Brien of The Boat People
. The band were thrown off stage in the Brunswick Street Mall in Fortitude Valley for causing a public disturbance in early 2007...

He produced 'Cometowherethecarpetstops' debut album Luke Forans debut EP and 'Cindy Tunes' debut Album. He recently finished co-production with Brisbane Band 'Tape Off'.
Guglielmino is working on his 3rd record with producer Jamie Travaskis due for release early 2012.

Music career
Edward Guglielmino is a musician, an academic and a blogger; he originally started pursuing music in high-school in 2000. He writes quirky guitar pop. One of his gigs listed as a highlight in April in the book Australia Year in Music 2010. He has received National airplay. The Show
Originally called "the 90's" Edward Guglielmino hired the help of his friends Nicoletta Panebianco, Ben Preece, and Matthew Redlich to perform with him in 2009. Preece left the band, but continues to manage the outfit, his replacement Samuel Schlencker took over soon after on drums. In 2010 Matthew Redlich left 'the show' due to 'irreconcilable differences' to pursue a solo project Surface Paradise.
