 and now releases music under the guise The Pan I Am. Formerly known as Edward Larrikin, a name he used while performing in Larrikin Love.

The Pan I Am

On 29 July 2007 Edward unveiled his new project 'The Pan I Am'.

The eight-song set saw the new group receiving loud applause from the seated crowd which including Patrick Wolf, Babyshambles' Drew McConnell and The Rumble Strips' Charlie Waller. The performance took place at the Lyric Theatre in Hammersmith, December 2007.

The gig was reviewed in a double page spread in NME and the 'Blueflowers' night featured numerous other artists including Patrick Wolf and Johhny Flynn, market stalls & film projections. The night was curated by Edward.

A number of shows have been played since including a slot for the BBC at 2008's South by South West festival in Austin, Texas, USA where they performed on the same bill as MGMT and Florence and The Machine as part of Steve Lamaq's BBC6 night. They played a New Year's Eve show with Foals and Metronomy and recently completed a small UK tour.

Under the guise of THE PAN I AM, he released a debut solo single on 10 November 2008. The song is called 'Young god/bad thing'. On the same day a new website www.edwardlarrikin.com went live.

The band has changed since the initial gigs, but it remains Edward's solo project.

The Pan I Am released a double A Side single in June 2009. 'Fire Dance/O.R.L.D'. Nothing has been heard of the group since.

Camusflage Krokodial

Edward also showcased a play written and directed by himself, "Camusflage Krokodial". Performed by Orlando Seale.

'Camusflage Krokodial' had its premiere at London Word Festival in March 2008.

It was also performed at the Laugharne Weekend, alongside performances by Patti Smith, Will Self and DBC Pierre.

Machine Channel

Edward Co-runs a small film company called Machine Channel

Poetry and Prose

Edward Eke has written for a number of magazines, journals, pamphlets and books, most recently contributing to the German KP journal and Punk Fiction (Portico 2009)

He has also been published in print and online in The Delinquent, Alchemy of the Verb, Penned in the Margins, London Word Festival, Charm Offensive, Kunst Projects.

Edward Eke collaborated with visual artist Jonas Mekas at the Serpentine Gallery Poetry Marathon in Hyde Park in October 2009. The film/poetry performance was part of a 2 day event that featured Tracey Emin, Gilbert&George, Brian Eno, and Agnes Varda among others.
