Egg Beaters are sold frozen or refrigerated in various size containers, and five varieties, Original, Whites, Garden Vegetable, Cheese & Chive and Southwestern. Most contain no fat and cholesterol, and all contain substantially lower calories, fat and cholesterol than whole eggs.
