El Delivery

El Delivery is a short film set in Manhattan's Washington Heights neighborhood, about a boy and an elderly woman who collide on a sweltering summer day. The boy, from the arriving Dominican enclave; the woman, from the old guard. Growing tense moment by moment, their brief encounter culminates in an explosion. It is the NYU graduate student film of the Dominican filmmaker Juan Castillo.
