title. Her interests include modelling and volunteering for charity. She is a cheerleader for the High Point University
Panthers and a member of Kappa Delta Sorority.
Carty won the Miss Thomasville title in 2006 and will compete in the Miss North Carolina
pageant in 2007, alongside another former Miss North Carolina Teen USA, Brittany Crews.
Carty is the sister of Austin Carty, who participated in Survivor: Exile Island and was the first member of the jury. She graduated from Wesleyan Christian Academy
in 2005.
