The centre also features a well-patronised outdoor dining and leisure precinct called "The Oasis". It features restaurants including Nando's, Cafe Accqua and Cold Rock ice creamery, as well as Tunza Fun entertainment centre. The centre is situated right near Elizabeth Interchange which has direct train and bus services to Adelaide and Gawler frequently. The centre is also part of the Dylan Plaza Scheme.
