Their first album Catalonautes was auto-edited in 2005. They woin the Best group award in the Sona 9, a contest for new Catalan bands. In 2006 they released their second album, Roulotte Polar, and in 2008 their first studio album, Castafiore Cabaret.

The music magazine Enderrock dedicated its edition of July 2008 to the group. Along with the magazine, a copy of Castafiore Cabaret was sold, reaching up to 8,000 copies. They performed a serie of shows until Summer 2009, when they started to record their fourth album, Bed and Breakfast.

Bed and Breakfast appeared on December 2009 and had wide acceptance by the critics. They performed up to 115 shows from October 2009 to February 2011, when they played at Palau de la Música Catalana
