 in 1995. Anzalone was born in Dayton, Ohio, but grew up in Santa Barbara, California. He studied theater and music at the University of Miami, and Film & Media at Arizona State University.

He has performed in various stage productions around the world, including the role of Berger in the European tour of HAIR
