Erigeron karvinskianus is a species of flowering plant in the daisy family
known by the common name Latin American fleabane, though some know it as the Santa Barbara daisy.
This wildflower is native to much of South America and also Mexico, and it is naturalized
in many other areas of the world, such as parts of Africa, Europe, New Zealand, and the west coast of the United States. It is also cultivated for its daisy blooms. This is a perennial plant growing from woody roots to a maximum height between one half and one meter.
