Education
Esmoriz has both a Preparatory School (Portuguese 5th and 6th grades, also teaching 7th, 8th and 9th)and a Secondary School. The later was founded on 1 April 1975. The school functioned for 13 years at the Solar da Rua dos Castanheiros and inaugurated at a new location in 1988, Rua Da Estrada Novan° 3885.
