. A General Conference is held annually. It operates an orphanage in India as well as other covert ministries in countries where Christianity is not welcomed. Its ministry consists of establishing ministries and churches, examining candidates for ordination through a College of Bishops as well as an ordination council, and aiding the local churches in cooperative fellowship. The Evangelical Free Baptist Church, dba EFBC accepts the inspiration of the Scriptures, the Virgin Birth, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, baptism for obedience and the Lord's supper as a memorial, and eternal punishment for sinners and eternal happiness for saints.
