On March 13, 2009 the band was involved in an automobile accident in Valparaiso, IN. The vehicle and trailer went off the road and flipped 3-4 times, ejecting Tyler and trapping the other 3 inside the vehicle. They were taken to a local hospital where they were treated and released.
