The Evil Eye was just that; a disembodied eye that floated in the air, trying to get people to do bad things by 'zapping' them with some sort of evil ray, and taking delight in the mischief. Things always ended up beneficial for the victims, much to Evil Eye's dismay.

An example of this is when Evil Eye influenced an assistant at a fashion show to throw paint and cats over the models in the show. The bright colours and tears from the cats' claws were popular with the audience, and many people bought the fashions, earning the assistant a promotion, much to Evil Eye's chagrin.
