Fictional character biography

Exitar only makes an appearance when Arishem the Judge has decreed that a race and its world could or have become a threat to the Celestials, at which point Exitar encases the offending world in an impenetrable force field and proceeds to (as his name implies) exterminate all living things from the world's surface. After this is done, the world is re-seeded with life and the Celestials leave, only returning to determine if the new life failed or not.

Powers and abilities

Exitar is known to be second in power only to the Celestials' leader, the One Above All. While the other members are roughly 2,000 feet tall (610 m), Exitar dwarfs the rest at 20000 feet tall (6100 m).
