“Federal Service Agent Justin Vanier (Billy Blanks) has been assigned to infiltrate the ‘Virtual Arts Academy’ in search of evidence to prove that the Academy is just a smoke screen for an illegal operation—a private army. Warbeck, the cult leader, is the creator of this high-tech facility where a new generation of assassins are trained inside a virtual reality arena.“Penetrating the organizations as a new recruit, Justin makes contact with the only surviving undercover agent, Eric (Jalal Merhi). Availability
The movie was released on VHS by Imperial Entertainment and WarnerVision in 1995 and that same year in Canada by Alliance. In 2005, a DVD was released in Canada by Legacy Entertainment but in a full screen presentation that is merely a dupe of the original VHS. The DVD has been discontinued but as of December 13, 2009, there is a new DVD of the film in the works, but nothing else has been announced.Production
