FK Rudar won the league in the 2009/10 season, and are competing in the 2010–11 UEFA Champions League. They qualified for the second qualifying round after a resounding win over San Marino side Tre Fiori, but were knocked out in the second qualifying round by Bulgarian side Litex Lovech

name, our players made the biggest surprise in first football cup competition where they were eliminated in the quarter-finals of the premiere league
team F.K. Sarajevo. And finally 1955. after the initiative of football enthusiasts, led by Dragan Ivanovic starts again football club under the name F.K. Rudar, who already for four decades representing the city of Pljevlja.
Stadium Pod Golubinjom, one of the most beautiful in the country, today is center for sports and recreation, definitely was modernized in 1985 and built in 1948. in the next
couple of years is scheduled to make seats for the spectators and modernizing infrastructure at the stadium. There are two stands at the stadium, one of them is covered, also
in this complex there are also tennis, handball and basketball courts. One of the best stadiums in the country and 2009 was performed complete restoration of the terrain

History
The first soccer ball on soccer playgrounds in Pljevlja brought Djuraskovic Philip who had been educated in Paris.It was year 1908, but his effortsto interest citizens for this game did not have success.
