Britspace Modular Buildings Limited

Based at Gilberdyke in East Yorkshire, Britspace specialises in off-site manufacturing by supplying modular buildings and bathroom pods to buildings such as schools, hotels and hospitals. Providing its clients with design expertise in addition to constructing the modular buildings. Britspace Modular Buildings Limited entered into administraion on 15 August 2011 with the appointment of Joint Administrators David Thornhill and Geoff Rowley, partners at FRP Advisory LLP.

Peter Werth and Pink Soda

JD Sports, the trainer and sports fashion retailer, purchased the major assets of Brand Acquisitions Limited and its subsidiaries (all in administration), including the menswear brand Peter Werth and womenswear brand Pink Soda. Brand Acquisitions Limited entered administration on 13 May 2011 with the appointment of Joint Administrators Jason Baker and Geoff Rowley, partners at FRP Advisory LLP. The successful sale, which saved 68 jobs in Peter Werth concessions across the UK, achieved the best outcome for creditors, the business and its stakeholders.

The Triumph Furniture Company

The Triumph Furniture Company, the 60-year old corporate furniture and storage supplier based in Merthyr Tydfil and Tredegar, South Wales, was been bought out of administration by the firm's management team, securing more than 200 jobs. Nigel Hamilton-Smith, Geoff Rowley and Charles Turner of FRP Advisory, were appointed Joint Administrators on 11 March 2011.
They traded the business as a going-concern, whilst identifying a suitable buyer to safeguard the company's future, while achieving the best value in the interests of creditors.

Winnie Care (Highgrove Limited)

FRP Advisory partners, Chris Stevens and Ian Vickers, secured the sale of Highgrove Care Home in Mexborough, South Yorkshire, to Ladhar Healthcare LLP on 31 May 2011. Winnie Care (Highgrove Limited), the operating company for Highgrove Care Home, entered into administration on 30 September 2010. Highgrove Care Home is home to 54 residents and has a staff of 82, who will be invited to transfer to the new company. The sale represents the third Winnie Care home to have been rescued from administration by FRP Advisory in a fortnight. Sandygate Care Home and The Beeches Care Home, both in Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham, were successfully sold as going concerns to Methodist Homes on 23 May 2011.

The Work Foundation

Fusion Glass Limited

Joint Administrators, Jason Baker and Geoff Rowley, partners at FRP Advisory LLP, successfully facilitated the sale of Fusion Glass Limited to Chelsea Artisans (Contracting) Limited. Fusion Glass entered into administration on 27 September with the appointment of FRP Advisory LLP. Following their appointment, the Joint Administrators secured a refinance, enabling the business to be traded through administration while a buyer was sought.

Calyx Group

FRP Advisory LLP partners and Joint Administrators to the Calyx Group, Geoff Rowley and Phil Armstrong, successfully sold the trade and assets of certain UK subsidiaries of Calyx Holdings Limited to a vehicle of Becap Fund LP, a dedicated fund of Better Capital Limited, saving more than 300 jobs. Aston Rothbury Factors

FRP Advisory LLP successfully secured the sale of the client portfolio of Aston Rothbury Factors to Bibby Financial Services. The deal, which completed on 26 July 2010, secured the funding lines of more than 40 clients. Aston Rothbury Factors went into administration on 28 June following the withdrawal of funding lines by the incumbent funder, with the appointment of FRP Advisory as administrators.
