The Fabric of Saint Peter is an office within the Roman Curia
of the Roman Catholic Church
. The office was founded in 1908 as the Sacred Congregation of the Reverend Basilica of St. Peter and had its named changed in 1967 by Pope Paul VI
to the Reverend Fabric of St. Peter and finally since 1984 to its current name.
