The band, which was formerly known as "Droppin Trou", performed and recorded extensively as a four piece from the late 90's through the mid 2000's. After recording their profesional debut, FAW added Lynny to help replicate the sounds on the record that landed them a contract with Universal Records

With Universal Records they released the top 50 single Lazy Eye. As the song moved up the charts, the band followed with show after show. After what seemed like a long period with no contact from the label, there was concern about recording the rest of the album. Fall As Well and Universal Records nullified their contract, and the band proceeded to sign on with Todd Harrell of 3 Doors Down

and his new label, Imprint Records. It was a new start, but it was a great opportunity for FAW to try and break out professionally.
After releasing the recordings as a self titled album for Imprint Records, they released another top 50 single Dead and Growing Older. The band toured heavily in support of the album, opening for 3 Doors Down

, the Exies, and many other top-tier bands, but limited resources offered by the label, forced the band off the road. Eventually they were dropped from Imprint Records, a few months before the Indie label went out of business.
During this time, Fall As Well performed at various regional shows, including an incredible performance at CPR Fest 2005 (which, unknown to the band at the time, would be their last show on the Gulf Coast). Utilizing friends they had made in the industry, FAW began recording the follow up of their debut album, in Memphis, TN. It would be mixed and mastered in Seattle by the same man who engineered their debut album, Jeff Ott.

Discography

  • 5 different demos under the name "Droppin' Trou" recorded on the Gulf Coast - featuring 2 different singers (previous singer Mike Halet) and 3 different drummers (previous drummers Brandon Jones and Rob Padron); all were sold at local shows

  • 1 cd under the name "Droppin Trou" recorded in Seattle at London Bridge studio and The Ottopsy Room for use in attracting a label. The record was co-produced by the band along with Todd Harrell and Chris Henderson of 3 Doors Down. However it was eventually sold under "Fall As Well".

  • 1 self-titled release as Fall As Well from Imprint Records, that was in reality a reissue of the Seattle demo (this is why Lazy Eye is different on the single than it is on the retail disc). This version had also been mixed and mastered by Geoff Ott.

  • 1 single for "Lazy Eye" recorded in New Orleans for Universal Records, but never released for purchase in stores. It was available for downloads though and part of a Universal Records rock compilation album.

  • 1 single for "Dead and Growing Older" which was released under Imprint Records. This single broke the Top 50 American Active Rock and the World Modern Rock Top 30 charts.

  • 1 live Set from Voo Doo Fest in New Orleans that was never released due to the lead singer being out of it during the show - video footage was available of "The Burning" from that disastrous set on Voo Doo Fest's website.

  • 1 demo in production, but never finished that was recorded in Memphis, TN. Its purpose was to find a new label that was interested, since Imprint was going out of business. It featured the next single "After the Flood", along with "Barstow", and "The Garden".

  • 1 live recording of a crushing set at CPR Fest 2005, that commenced with "Lazy Eye" in a rain storm. It also highlights new songs, "The Culling", "Barstow", and "Summertime Tremors".

disrupted the band personally and professionally. The five piece had been separated for some time, and several members had lost nearly everything. While trying to recover from the storm, FAW worked on releasing the finished recordings from Memphis . With hopes of attracting a new label, a 3 song E.P was released, featuring "After The Flood", "Barstow", and "Garden".
It was not to be.
On March 3, 2006 a post on the band's official message board, confirmed that the band had broken up. On the same posting, it was mentioned that Robbins, Boucher, and Taylor would carry on with a new band. The band never materialized.
Jarrod Parker has reemerged with a new Arizona based rock band called " Plush Society". Set to record some new music in L.A., the band has plans to present what they feel is a new and fresh perspective on the rock music scene. The band will utilize Westlake Studios, best known for working with acts such as U2, Rage Against the Machine, Michael Jackson, and many others. (postings since by the band members and those close to the band, have stated the lead singer was fired due to multiple reasons).
Lynny Bradshaw now lives in Jackson, Mississippi and is in the band Redneck Trucker.
Steve Taylor now works in Colorado and Wyoming as a welding inspector and plays recreationally.
After working on different musical ventures, J-Bob (drums) & Mikey (bass) went on to join Biloxi metal/hardcore band "Falls From Grace", releasing the record "Pleasure & Pain" and touring regionally. The two have since reconvened with guitarist, Durwood Gilleland (Sevenleft) on an instrumental project they had previously been working on.
