He is the son of Shaheed Pir Muhammad Khan, Ex-Provincial Minister. Fazlullah holds a graduate degree from the University of Peshawar. He is the father of one son and one daughter and has traveled to Saudi Arabia, U.A.E, U.K, Russian Federation, Ukraine and Turkey. Currently he is a member of the Petition Committee, the Standing Committee on Works and Service Department, the Standing Committee on Industries, Commerce, and Labour Mineral Development, the Technical Education Department NWFP assembly Pakistan
