and percussionist. He is one of the lead vocalists in the Melbourne band The Cat Empire
along with Harry James Angus
. He is also one of the three founding members of the band, along with keyboardist Ollie McGill
and bassist Ryan Monro

Riebls' family own The Tallarook Vineyard in the Upper Goulburn Valley in Victoria. They have produced the label “TERRA FELIX” after Felix.
On the 15th of July in 2011, he published his first solo album called "Into the Rain" together with "The Crashing Waters". For this reason, Felix' website http://www.felixriebl.com was created.
Beforehand, during the Cinema-tour in 2010, samplers with the songs "I Won't Know You Anymore", "We Go Out" and "Wide Open Rivers" were distributed.
