The Fifth Everingham Ministry was the ninth ministry
to come from the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly
. It was sworn in on 1 July 1980, after the Country Liberal Party
's re-election in the 1980 election
. The composition of the ministry remained the same from the pre-election ministry, but several portfolios were shuffled between members. It operated until 25 January 1982, when a further reshuffle occurred.
